James C. "Beau" Arceneaux

Mr. Arceneaux’s practice is a general civil litigation practice, with a focus on defense of casualty and business litigation.

His practice includes defense of personal, commercial, property and casualty claims, including auto accident claims, medical malpractice claims, premises liability claims, workers’ compensation claims, and contract claims. He also handles debt collections and plaintiff personal injury claims.

Mr. Arceneaux was born in New Orleans on May 13, 1975. After graduating from Newman High School in 1993, he obtained his undergraduate degree at Millsaps College in 1997, where he graduated with honors. He obtained his law degree from LSU Law School in 2000, and was named to the Wex S. Malone American Inn of Court. He began practicing at a local firm in Covington, where he litigated workers’ compensation claims statewide for three-plus years. He then accepted a job at Hanover Insurance Group on the south shore, where he litigated insurance defense cases, personal and commercial, property and casualty, for five-plus years. He then accepted a job at Wynne, Goux & Lobello, where he has practiced since 2009. His practice at Wynne, Goux & Lobello has expanded to include business litigation claims, contract claims, medical malpractice claims, debt collections, and plaintiff personal injury claims.

Mr. Arceneaux is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and Covington Bar Association. He practices throughout south Louisiana and is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Eastern and Western Districts.
